This topic is for all Mac OS X user. I just found out that "Command+Space Bar" to switch the KB input shortcut is clashing with spotlight application. See the following screenshot, you can reach this by
Apple > System Preferences > Keyboard & Mouse > Keyboard Shortcuts
For me, I just turn off spotlight shortcut, because I dont use spotlight. If you were using spotlight application, you just have to assign what the key shortcut you want it accordingly.
